Single Screw Palm Oil Press is a kind of oil extraction equipment used to extract palm oil from palm fruits, with a capacity between 1TPH-3TPH. This is a palm oil press machine designed and manufactured by QIE Group according to the characteristics of palm fruits. The gap between the worm and the distance between the worm and the barrel are carefully designed, while the oil press is made of wear-resistant alloy steel, which ensures the smooth production process of palm oil and also ensures that the palm kernel is well preserved for deep processing.
The motor adopts a well-known domestic brand, and the reducer adopts a hardened gear reducer, which is more stable and durable than the cycloid reducer. The bearing adopts the well-known domestic brand Harbin bearing.
Reasonable changes in the screw pitch of the squeezer make the discharge smoother; the squeezer at the feed end adopts a single-rod double-helix structure to make the squeezing more complete. A material-push device is installed at the feed inlet to solve the problem of material bridging at the feed inlet and make the feed smoother.The frame of the oil press is strengthened and the height of the frame is lowered, so that the center of gravity of the oil press is moved down, making it more stable and durable. The feed port of the oil press is lowered, which is more convenient for feeding.
